Purpose of the tool
GanttScan provides schedule comparison, analysis and reporting tools to assist project and schedule review. Results are derived from the schedule information contained in the files you upload and can be affected by incomplete, inconsistent, unusual or incorrectly configured source schedules.
Review before relying on results
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying outputs before relying on them, especially for contractual, commercial, delay, extension-of-time (EOT), claim, legal or project decisions.
GanttScan does not provide legal, contractual, claims or other professional advice. Its outputs are not an independent determination of entitlement, causation or liability.
Your files and acceptable use
You must have the right or authority to upload and process the schedule files you submit. Do not use GanttScan unlawfully, upload malicious files, misuse or overload the service, or attempt to interfere with or compromise it.
Uploaded files and related information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership and permission to process
You retain ownership of your uploaded schedules and content. Uploading files does not transfer ownership to GanttScan. If files belong to someone else, their rights remain unchanged and you must have authority to submit them.
You give GanttScan permission to process the files only to provide the comparison and reports you request, as described in the Privacy Policy.
GanttScan retains ownership of its software, branding and other intellectual property. Rights in third-party components remain with their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer those rights to you or limit rights you have under applicable law or third-party licences.
Availability and changes
The free service may be unavailable or fail to process some files. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. GanttScan may change, improve, suspend or discontinue features.
Liability and your rights
To the extent permitted by law, GanttScan is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of or reliance on the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, consumer guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
